Long-term guests are required to complete a rental application and pay a $400 refundable security deposit.

If bringing a pet, there’s also a $200 non-refundable pet deposit that covers cleaning and maintenance.

All long-term rentals are offered on a month-to-month lease, providing flexibility for guests with travel contracts or seasonal work schedules.

Yes — all short-term condos come fully furnished with kitchenettes, private bathrooms, and on-site laundry.

For long-term stays, we can remove furniture if you prefer an unfurnished unit.

All utilities are included in both short- and long-term rental rates. Short term rentals included Wifi whereas long-term rentals do not offer Wifi. Most of our long term guests use a MiFi device or Starlink for internet access.

We accept cash or check, or we can send a secure QuickBooks invoice. Payments through QuickBooks can be made by:

• Apple Pay, credit card, or debit card (3 % transaction fee)

• Bank transfer (ACH) with no additional fee

Yes, we welcome pets! A $200 non-refundable pet deposit is required for long-term stays. Pets must be well-behaved and kept on a leash while outside.

Yes — tenants have access to secure, on-site parking for vehicles, trailers, and ATVs. Our large property makes loading and unloading easy.

AZ Talio Ranch is just minutes from the Box Canyon trailhead and downtown Florence, with Coolidge and San Tan Valley a short drive away. The ranch is also close to local shops, restaurants, and major roadways for convenient commuting.
