Founder Kyle Matuszewski grew up cooking alongside his father and grandfather before turning his passion into a competitive pursuit. A multi-award-winning pitmaster, Kyle has earned national recognition for his creative, championship-winning barbecue — now served right here in Florence, Arizona.
